In the Netherlands, consumers gave insight on why they prefer to shop in the store in 2023. The majority, almost 65 percent, rather shop in-store as it allows for them to try out clothing before purchasing. A little more than 60 percent believe they can better assess the quality of the products they want to buy when shopping in person, while around 55 percent enjoy getting their products immediately.
